chelsea are interested in tel ben haim but mouinho has openly said on tv if bolton ask silly money then they will not buy just because they have abromovic and his millions!

yea i know about dubai. those little oil producing countries have like no taxes, and i have also seen some of the hotels and what not on tv. its a very nice country
