I hope he does switch, he deserves more play time. Hes in a bad situation now since he plays the same position as Dwight Howard, so they can't really give him more play time since hes one of the best players in the NBA.

Hopefully someone picks him up, I'm pretty sure the New Jersey Nets could use a man of his caliber right now.

Problem is he has a big contract and he hasn't really proven he can dominate for a whole game. But it sounds like Oklahoma is interested, and there was Dallas before the season so there might be two options. But you have to wonder for the Magic matching the offer to Gortat only to have him watch most of the games from the bench.

1 - 19 now, yea tickets for Nets games right now are 1$, my friends went to one game on Friday and he said the stadium was only half full even with the tickets at that price!
I guess no one wants to go see a team lose, my friend actually went to the game where they won though, he should go more often and help them out

I dont know, I dont follow basketball. My friends tell me they are rebuilding the team with new young players plus they have a lot of injuries too.
The Nets IZOD center is half an hour away from me,went to a game a few years back.

I don't foresee a trade anytime soon, although if some nice package of players is offered for Gortat, then who knows... Orlando really likes him, or else they wouldn't have matched that offer, from a team outside their division... The only thing is he's stuck behind Howard, and he doesn't get enough playing time to 'prove himself and his worth' for Orlando, and for other teams that might be interested...
